Eric Knowles is a Senior Vice President with Kidder Mathews and is a member of the firms’ religious & educational facilities group. In this position, Knowles uses his veteran experience to assist faith-based non-profit institutions with creative acquisition and aggressive disposition of religious facilities.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Knowles was practice leader of North America’s religious facilities group at Cushman & Wakefield, started the religious facility group for CBRE, and was the founder and CEO of Church Brokers [of Diversified Realty Advisors, Inc], a real estate brokerage and investment firm which specialized in real estate for religious facilities.

Robert Fletcher is a first vice president with Kidder Mathews and is a member of the firm's religious & educational facilities group. Robert specializes in assisting faith-based non-profit institutions with the unique challenges of dispositions, acquisitions, leasing, and the generation of additional income for religious facilities. Robert also serves as a valuable partner for religious organizations by educating religious leaders on the aspects of special use real estate including financial, zoning, conditional use permits, and guidance through relocation transitions or expansion.

Robert works closely with Eric Knowles leveraging over 25 years of experience and expertise providing creative solutions that meet the needs of today’s challenging demands.

Riley is an emerging, young San Diego commercial real estate professional. She is a graduate from the University of San Diego with a degree in real estate from the Burnham-Moore’s Center for Real Estate.

Riley joined the team of Eric Knowles and Robert Fletcher and is a member of the Kidder Mathews religious & educational facilities group. She works primarily on the leasing business of the group, which strives to assist churches and schools with their real estate. She worked as an intern on this team for two years, where she built a solid foundation in the industry and has joined the team as a full-time agent post-graduation.
